We interview professionals or amateur cooks in the area to gather inspirational stories and talk about what collaboration and sharing a kitchen might mean. To some the kitchen might be a joyful place where friends and family gather, to others working away in underground kitchens it might feel more like a stale environment. In a city where kitchens are getting smaller and smaller and where some even predict the end of the home-kitchen, we explore what it means to cook be creative and share a cooking space.
